Happy Howlaween!

So this is just a teeny tiny post without too many words so that I can wish all my Paw Pals a Happy Howlaween! Or is that a Yappy Howlaween? I don’t know but both of them sound fun to me. And I like to yap and bark and so maybe that’s the way to go!

I didn’t dress up today or go out because the Mum was doing agility with my brother Chase, but I got to play with Jet all day and that was lots of fun too. Maybe tomorrow after the Mum finds some affordable health insurance she’ll be able to feel better and then we can all play again.

Another Friend

PA038306So we have another visitor this week! Actually for two weeks. But the Mum hasn’t taken any pictures because she says she is sick.  The Mum is sick, not the visitor! The visitor is named Jezi and the Mum was told she was a collie a couple of years ago so took her from the icky shelter.  And one of my Mum’s really good friends adopted her! But they are in a place called Italy for a couple of weeks so Jezi gets to come and stay with us. And although she likes to play with Muffit more than me, that’s okay because it’s fun to have another friend around for a while.

So the Mum better get well soon so she can take pictures of Jezi and us in the yard or even in the house. Maybe she will tomorrow. Maybe the Mum needs some NC short term health insurance so it’ll make her better sooner! She’s been sick for days and days now and it’s just not fun when she’s sick! Though the Dad has been taking good care of us and we love him too.

So stay tuned for fun pictures and please send good thoughts for the Mum to get better soon!

Pics of Me!

PA178989So the Mum has been weird and taking lots of pictures of my brother Jet and I think she should be taking pictures of me because I’m much prettier. And anyway he’s a teenager now and needs the best acne treatments he can find…

So last time the Mum got the camera out I walked in front of Jet so she had to take a picture of me instead. Aren’t I prettier than Jet? He’s just little and silly and a puppy and even though I like him a lot I still think there should be more pictures of me than of him!

I Chase The Sheeps!

OOo whoo hoo look at me go! It was so much fun to chase the sheep! The Mum called it herding. I kinda thought I wanted to play with the fuzzy white silly sheep but they didn’t want to play back. And then when the Mum would reach for me I was afraid that she was gonna tell me I was bad and punish me for herding them around, but she didn’t and she gave me a tuna brownie instead!

Muffit and Jet went herding too and she’s gonna post about those on her own blog Tip Tail. But I did the very best of course! And we got to drink yummy water from the refrigerator water filters that the Mum brought with. It made us super thirsty!

I was so good at herding that it only took a couple of minutes I hope you like the video!

New Friends Old Friends!

totfriendsI like when friends come to visit!  We have lots of fun when we get friends who come over to play.  Chip, Tinkerbell and Vito are here to play with us this week, Yay! I love shelties they are super fun.  We know lots more sheltie friends than collie friends.

Tinkerbell is young she is only a week older than Jet and Jet is five and a half months old. Did I tell you he was a vampire last weekend? He was! Everything he bit was red, because he was loosing his teeth! The Mum said new teeth would grow in though so he can still bite us!

And this is Vito. He’s a butterfly dog can you tell by his ears? He’s not a sheltie, he’s a papillion and he’s a bit boring. He doesn’t play with us, but he likes to sit in the Mum’s lap. And he doesn’t have teeth on one side so his silly tongue falls out of his mouth, isn’t that just weird?  But the Mum likes him and snuggles him and so he’s happy.

Let’s go play more!

A Trial in March?

totwalkSo the Mum was talking to me the other day and she said “Tatum, we should be ready for agility by next March!” And I looked at her and didn’t know that she would be right or not, because that’s far and that’s close and we’ll need to practice a lot until then, so the Mum learns how to tell me where to go! Maybe if we both were wearing a Bluetooth headset she could whisper it to me when we are running amok around.

This isn’t my Mum in this picture, this is my Aunt Edie who teaches my Mum how to tell me where to go.  And this is the dog walk and I think it’s a really super fun thing to walk on.  But it’s gonna get cold really soon and so we won’t have the nice green grass to run on anymore. And the snow is too slippery.  And so we won’t be able to practice so the Mum knows what she’s doing.

But either way it’ll be fun. I have been to the agility places before and they are not scary, they are really fun and I eat lots of treats there. OH and the Mum made Tuna Brownies (my very favorites!) and put them on top of the fridge last night and forgot them there, so I have been smelling them all day and I really want some now!

Went to Lake of Dogs

hikeThe Mum went to a place called Poky-Tello last weekend and she did agility with Chase. I was kinda bummed that I didn’t get to go. She took Jet too, because he’s the puppy. She said I wouldn’t fit in my Aunt Marie’s little car but I really wanted to go!

So anyway the Dad was really nice and he took me with Muffit and we went to Dog Lake! I didn’t see that the lake was shaped like a dog or anything, but there were lots of dogs when we got there. And it sure was pretty. And it was a super long hike I was tired after. It was six miles round trip and I don’t know how long a mile is but I think it’s super long!

If I get sick because of the super long hike maybe I’ll need some Mesothelioma lawyers to help me heal up but I think I’m okay so far. I did get grumpy at the other dogs when I was tired though so the Dad put them away from me and that was really nice too!

I’m not in this picture but Levi, Muffit, Chase and Dad are.  The Mum wasn’t with to take pictures of me, and the Dad doesn’t like taking pictures. So this is the same walk just a different day!  I hope we get to go again!
