Oooo I love going to the park! It’s super fun! Me and Levi and Jet got to go with the Mum and that was lots of fun. So here are some pictures of our fun.

We got to play with other dogs, and yell for Jet when he got lost, and run around in the leaves. It was really neat. We didn’t see any door hardware while we were there, though. We just saw other dogs and got to smell on lots of stuff and pee on lots of stuff and that was really neat.

We get really excited when we first go, and hate the part where we have to walk down the path on our leashes. The Mum says we should walk nice but we never do! We just want to go and run, and we love the running part!

Chase Jet and Me

The Mum was looking through old pictures again and she found this one of Chase, Jet and Me in Idaho. Yeah the Mum likes to look through all our old pictures! But they are fun. Chase is the black Border Collie, Jet is the Danish Swedish Farmdog, and Me, well, I’m the Smooth Sable Collie Girl who is the prettiest in the whole picture.

This picture is by a big river. The Mum wishes we had more rivers and water here so that we cold swim. But she’s weird because I don’t want to swim. I think swimming is icky! I’d rather stay dry and maybe read some enzyte reviews when the other dogs go to swim. Chase loves to swim. Jet doesn’t like it much because he gets cold. But the Mum says he’d probably like it if he knew he wasn’t going to sink. But don’t all dogs sink? I just don’t understand swimming!

I just wanted to make sure you all got to see the agility runs that I did a couple of weekends ago. I wanted to put them all in the same post so that you didn’t have to go looking for them in lots of different places.

These are all the ones the Mum posted on Facebook. She likes posting them to Facebook instead of YouTube anymore, because YouTube has a bunch of logins she has to do and it makes her mad. Plus, I kinda like how they look on Facebook better anyway.

I really like agility and the Mum says she might have me do an AKC agility trial in January where I could maybe even get some Qs! Though she says I might have to run just a little bit faster!

So these are the three runs i did at the ASCA though the Mum says there is another video someplace. But three is good don’t you think? I think so! With all the running I’m doing, I don’t need any slimming pills that work but the Mum says she really wants some for herself!

My Brother Levi

But it’s really too small for Levi! Levi really likes to lay in beds of all kinds. Especially beds that the other dogs want. He gets kinda a little bit jealous and the Mum is always giggling at him, but he doesn’t know the giggles are because of him, he just wants everything the rest of us want! I bet he wouldn’t want any severe acne if the rest of us had it!

So Levi is a dork. But the Mum loves him anyway. And I guess I do, too.

The Mum was really sad a couple of weeks ago because she really likes these bowls so that we can drink good water when we go out to do agility and other stuff. But someone (we won’t say it was the Dad because it probably was) left the bowl, called an aquabowl, on the stove and then turned on the oven. And it got really hot and the bowl got a big hole melted into it where it wasn’t supposed to have a hole. And so then the water wouldn’t stay in.

So the Mum had to look all over the internet to find a new aquabowl. And she did! And they came! This is Jet drinking out of the new bowl. The Mum was dancing around the house when they came because she was so happy. She said maybe she’ll have to put one in some new christmas stockings for 2010 so that we can have them as presents. But then I’d rather have yummy food presents instead!

So, sometimes the Mum says that me and Jet have too much fun outside in the back yard because we come in with Muddy Feetz! At least it’s better than having black noses… or blackheads on noses, but wait, we already have black noses!

In the top picture, my feet are on the top right, and Jet’s feet are on the bottom left. But his feet usually get lots more muddy than mine do. The Mum wonders why we get muddy feet at all, because our back yard is mostly grass.

But there is a little bit of dirt out back around our tree. And we love to run around our tree, it’s really super fun. So with the dirt around our tree, and the dirt in the garden where the icky tomatoes grow, that’s where we get our white feet to be nice and muddy!

Crate Too Small

I have tried to fit in this one but it’s a really tight fit for me. Maybe if I used some appetite suppressant then I could get skinny and fit. But I think the Mum should put up another bigger crate for me to lay in because I like them more than Jet does.

The Mum says she will think about it, and see if there is another one I will fit into. Because I like them best!

Me Barking

Well after a really fun and hard working agility weekend it was good to have a few days off and rest. My brother Jet went to a Tracking Seminar with the Mum. I don’t know what Tracking is but the Mum says maybe I’ll be able to do it someday. But for now Jet and Levi get to because Levi is the old man who needs a job, and Jet just gets to do everything and we all are jealous of him because of that.

In this picture I am trying to convince Jet that barking is really super fun, but I’m not really getting through to him as much as I’d like. See he has a toy, while I’m barking. And barking really is the funnest thing for a collie girl to do. I love to go outside in the back yard and just bark and bark and bark. Usually I go and bark at noises but sometimes there are no noises and so I just bark because it’s so much fun to bark!

The Mum says that I can’t bark too much because the neighbors might get upset. And we don’t want them to get upset because there are too many of us dogs that live in the house with the hoomans. Why there are too many of us I don’t know, because there’s no limit to how many hoomans can live in a house, so why dogs? Whatever. The Mum says we should try to be quiet but I forget and just bark anyway.

The Mum says that if I bark too much, I might bring down the whole house, and the new Linksys router that the Dad just bought. But I don’t think I really believe her. She says if I do that, then I won’t be able to blog for a while. Hrmph. But I like to blog! But I like to bark more.

I did a lot of agility this weekend and it was really fun! I did good yesterday and I did the class called Gamblers, and the class called Standard. This video is from the class called Gamblers and it was an ASCA trial and I had a lot of fun!

The Mum said that there is a distance challenge in Gamblers but she didn’t make me do it because I’m still kinda new at agility. But that’s okay because I did everything else like I was supposed to. I may not have done a jump or two but the Mum didn’t care she just said we should keep going and have lots of fun! And so we did!

I even did all of my weave polls right, the first time, every time, in all the classes they had them in. The Mum says she is so proud of me. And of course she is because I’m just really good at agility! The Mum says I run a little bit slow though, but that’s okay because I look pretty when I’m going slow.

We didn’t do agility in the metal buildings at this place, we did it outside on the grass. In the mornings it was really nice and cool and fun. But then in the afternoons it got a bit too hot and I wanted to go find the shade more than I wanted to do the jumps. But the Mum said Tatum… she said, Tatum you gotta keep going for a little while. And so I did. The Mum says she has to say when we start and stop, and well I think I’m fooling the Mum because I’m the one who wants to say that!

But we had fun and the Mum says I might get to do an AKC agility trial in January. Way fun!

Yup gonna do agility tomorrow! The Mum says I’ll be in the Novice Class. I get to do Standard and Gamblers tomorrow.  Standard is the one where you have to follow all the cones and do all the stuff and even the weave polls!  So the Mum thinks I’m ready to do weave polls. I’m excited. I got to go training tonight and it was a lot of fun. Here is a little video of me doing our training tonight.

The Mum says I won’t be wearing any costume jewelry at this trial, though there may be a costume contest because it’s Halloween month. But I’m pretty enough and I don’t really need any costumes to make me prettier. And I’m doing really well at the weave polls don’t you think? In this video I got to do 8 weave polls and there were some of the guides on them to help me out, but I’m getting really good so hardly need the help anymore. But a little help is kinda good still.

So tomorrow should be fun!
