Tatum Tot Spice

In the trailer, I just wanted to wear my tiara, and Chase and Muffit wanted to play. And even though Chase looks kinda mean here, he is just being a dork. He plays with all his teeth out! And Muffit, as you can see, is a little bit thinking Chase is a dork, too.

Chase kinda tilted my tiara a little bit… which made me mad, but the Mum fixed it for me. Which is good ’cause I don’t want it to fall off. And we played in the trailer ’cause we didn’t have a xbox 360 to fool with.. we just had each other, and no TV either!

The Mum watched a show on the TV that she called Bones last night.. though I didn’t see any chew bones on it, just dogs barking! And every time they barked, I barked too, ’cause I thought they were gonna come out of the TV and get me! And I had to bark at them to make them go away. The Mum said it was a show that had a lot of things about dogs that aren’t really real, but it did have a good message that people who get dogs need to keep them for ever and ever, even if they get big and they didn’t expect it!

We had a fun trip! The Mum wasn’t going to take me… well, she was at first, then she wasn’t, then she was again! Yay! I’m glad she did because I have lots of fun and I make her happy, because I’m just so happy, I make everyone happy!

I even made the birthday girl happy! It was Echo’s birthday, she’s a Belgian Malinois and she had a birthday. So they passed out birthday hats and the Mum put one on me. Well, I wasn’t too crazy about the birthday hat, because it felt funny, but after I had it on and the Mum gave me lots of treats it wasn’t so bad so I let it stay on. Plus, I was pretty darn cute in it, don’t you think?

Though the hat wasn’t quite pink enough, it still had a little bit of pink on it. And Echo had a really pretty pink dress! You can see it in one of the next pictures down. It’s so pretty. And the Tiara was pretty, soo. The Mum said I’m so much like a princess that I really should have my own tiara, so maybe I’ll get one for this Christmas!

You know.. it’s almost been a year since I came to live here in Utah from Houston. And the Mum says I’ll get a Gotcha Day Pizza! I can’t wait!

And there was a really pretty river called the Snake River (icky name!) that ran by our camp ground. We had to drive to it, but once we got there, it was nice. Chase really wanted to chase the ducks, but he got to swim after an old icky flip flop so he was happy about that. And I wanted to sleep on some crib bedding after ’cause I was tired! Have you ever seen crib bedding? It’s super soft and super nice and you might want to check it out! Especially since these guys have such fun colors to chose from! And great quality too!

And see here, this is me sleeping in the trailer. It’s only the second time I ever slept in our trailer. It pops up so the Mum calls it a pop up. We went camping in it once before and had a really fun time. This time the Mum put an xpen around it so we couldn’t get out. But I’m smart, and I figured out how to push it open when the Mum and aunt Marie didn’t latch it, and I’d run out and go ‘Woo Hoo!’ and hop like a bunny ’cause I was free! But it was fun in the trailer too.

So the above picture is of the birthday party and you can see Echo in her pretty dress! She is such a pretty Malinois, I like Malinois and I love to play with them and I wish I could play with more of them! And there were lots of dogs at her party and they all looked like so much fun to play with!

And then this picture above is when we were at the campground in the trailer. Not only were Levi and Chase with, but also Twist and Rogue! I love them and wish they would play with me! But Twist wanted to play with Chase, and Chase doesn’t like to play with anyone except me and Muffit. So the Mum had to watch to make sure Chase didn’t show too many teeth to Twist. But they are fun shelties and I like to play with them!

So that’s all I have to say about our trip! Levi didn’t get any Qs and Chase got one but the Mum said Chase didn’t do good enough so she pulled him from Saturday and Sunday. Rogue didn’t get any Qs either (she didn’t enter like me!) but Twist got two Qs! He won the whole weekend he did such a good job. Yay Twist!

The Mum took me, Chase and Muffit to an agility trial on Saturday. Man we go to these a lot! But the Mum says in the winter we don’t go to as many. We didn’t get to run around much because some hoomans were playing a game called baseball in our regular run around area. Didn’t they know that’s for dogs to run around? I guess it’s set up for hoomans to play that ball game, but really it should have been for us.

But me and Muffit got to go out and visit people and dogs. And the Mum put me up on a table so I tucked up my tail in case it was going to be scary, and a guy called a judge measured where my shoulders were. But they are always in the same place so not sure what that was about. He said I was twenty inches at the shoulder, and the Mum said that was good, so I guess that was good, whatever!

Then we came home and today we are mostly sleeping… the Mum went to go for a swim at her friend’s house but I didn’t want to go, ’cause I don’t swim! Hrm. But we get to go to flyball practice tonight and that’ll be fun. Though the Mum is fiddling with her tv mount for her big flat TV and that’s scary, we hope she doesn’t drop it!

I got back from our flyball trip to Laramie, Wyoming today. It was a fun trip. I went with the Mum, Muffit, Chase, the nail-trimming flyball captain lady (who isn’t too evil really) and her Jack Russel Terrier, Chase Me. He was cute and I wanted to play with him. I kept play bowing in the hotel but he didn’t want to play! He is weird! And I did bite the lady on the but and that was fun and we all laughed!

This first picture is of me being really pretty outside. My Aunt Mimi from Colorado, she took some pictures of me. She has a new baby puppy too, a little aussie girl named Cue, and I wanted to play with her too! I will see about posting some of her pictures too. She is puppy baby so didn’t need adult diaper, but she could have used puppy ones!

The flyball tournament was loud and noisy too. But we were inside and this picture on the right is me in my crate that was on top of my brother Chase’s crate. Chase is the only one who knows how to do flyball yet. Me and Muffit don’t, but we are gonna learn and have fun and run around and hop like bunnies! Well okay maybe just I hop like a bunny but it’s fun anyway.

Then this picture to the left is of me in front of the flyball racing lanes. There were lots of dogs barking and making noise and loud sounds behind me so I wanted to keep my ears back to listen to them instead of pose for the camera. But usually I like to pose for the camera.

We had fun though… out back of the hotel there was this really big field and the Mum let me and Muffit off the leashes! Chase always gets off the leashes, but me and Muffit kinda get distracted so she likes to keep us close. But we got to play with Kibu, a fun black dog on our flyball team. And run around and run around in the weeds. And there was this super fun stream back there too, and we all went and splashed in the water! The Mum said YUCK when we came out because… well, my front legs were covered with back goo. We laughed! But then we didn’t laugh when we had to have a bath when we got home. Yuck! The Mum said we stank!

It was a long drive home, about six hours, and we slept. I pushed Muffit and Chase out of the way in the back seat of the car and got most of the room myself, since that is how collie girls are supposed to be. And border collie boys are just supposed to let us. So they did.

And this last picture is of me sleeping… though I’m kinda giving the Mum the evil eye ’cause she is snapping a picture instead of letting me sleep. I like to sleep in the afternoons. But not in the mornings. I got the Mum and the nail-trimming lady up nice and early this morning, with nice big yaps and plays!

Today the Mum took me, Chase and Muffit to a park where we got to bark. I didn’t bark much, though. She said it was a get together thing called Bark in the Park. Muffit barked a lot! Chase barked a little. And I barked some too when we were all in our crates in our shade tent and people walked by. ‘Cause when Muffit and Chase bark I have to bark too, I can’t let them bark more than me!

There were lots of fun dogs there, and a pond where Chase got to go swimming. I don’t really like to swim, I just like to wade, so the Mum had me wait in the crate while Chase got to swim.

The Mum tried to get me to stay in one spot for pictures, but I like to move. She says someday soon I’ll learn that staying is the best, and I’ll get treats for it… but now I kinda get a little nervous still and so I wiggle and stand up and move. And there was no mat for me to sit on and so I didn’t know where I should stay.

But in these pictures you can see the tents behind me and all the people. There were lots of people with treats too, and me, Muffit and Chase got to run around a little bit, but not too much. Chase got to do flyball and he got to do obedience work with the Mum. I got to walk around and eat treats, and Muffit got to walk around too, and the Mum tried to get Muffit to watch her instead of everything going on. But he likes to watch everything going on. But he gets really nervous about it so the Mum says it would be better if he watched her instead.

Anyway, it was a fun day and it’s nap time, now, ’cause I’m tired! It took the Mum a long time to pack up all our crates and the tent and gear and stuff. She needs some custom boxes to load everything in to put it in the car. Us three got to wait and bark in the car while she was packing, that was fun too!

The Mum took me, Chase, Levi and Muffit to an agility trial last weekend. It was fun! Friday and Saturday weren’t as fun as Sunday, though. This was Sunday and we got to run around! Levi stayed home on Sunday ’cause he didn’t want to do agility, and the Mum wanted to make sure he was okay and healthy so he stayed home. So it was just me and the border collies on Sunday.

Muffit and Me like to chase Chase. Chase goes running off after that frisbee thing, and Muffit and I don’t care much about it, but we love to run after Chase!

The Mum had lots of treats, too, which we all like so we go to her after we run and get some. She gives us lots, every time we go to her, so that is fun! Though sometimes I like to sniff around and check other things out, which are really interesting and more so than treats. The Mum says she needs to get me other treats too, because she wants me to think coming to her is more fun and interesting than anything else in the world. Chase and Levi like to go to the Mum, but me and Muffit like to run off and sniff stuff sometimes. But the Mum says we’ll realize, soon, that she is the best thing ever. Well, she’s not so bad, but I wouldn’t let her know that I really like her… I have to make sure it’s kinda a secret!

It was pretty hot that day and we didn’t run too long, afterward we went into our crates and had big drinks of water and then took a bit of a nap. It’s really fun to go to agility trials. I used to be kinda afraid of them, but everyone has Livers, and we can run, and say hi to other dogs, and it’s lots of fun so I like to go!

This weekend the Mum took me, Muffit and Chase to an agility trial. Chase was the only one who got to do agility, but me and Muffit got to eat treats and walk around. And I got to run and play with Chase. It was fun. And when we were running around yesterday I saw this lady and thought maybe she’d have some treats, so went to check her out. The Mum got all excited because I went to someone on my own. Well duh, maybe she had treats! And I know humans have been kinda scary in the past but they usually have treats now and I like treats!

The Mum had me step into this box thing in front of her and get treats. And she’d say Front, which I guess is what that means. It was pretty easy though at first I didn’t like the box much. Then she threw this toy thing around and I wanted to go after it a little… when I found out it had treats in it! Way cool! But when the Mum let Chase out too today and we both ran after it… Chase doesn’t play fair ’cause he gets it every time, so I went off to sniff instead ’cause it was way hot and there were lots of smells to check out.

But the grass was nice even though I didn’t get to say hi to as many dogs as I would have liked. I said hi to some people and they had treats too and so that was good. The lady by the car had treats I’d never tried before so I pushed them onto the ground with my nose so I could smell them. I wasn’t sure what they were so I didn’t eat them much. I always have to test out treats before I’ll eat them, you just never know if the Mum or Dad is sneaking in a dumb apple thing or carrot, and those are not food!

I am tired now and am going to take a big long nap as it was a hot tiring weekend!

The Mum took me and Chase on another trip for Chase to do flyball. It was fun… and really hot. The Mum said it got up to 103 degrees outside. We were inside so we were okay, but the Mum got nervous a bit and was pouring water on both me and Chase and YUCK that part sucked! But then it did feel kinda good because I perked up my tail after I got wet and the breeze in my wet coat wasn’t so bad.

I also got a couple of massages from a really nice lady. And whenever the Mum and I walked by her place I ran over and stood on her mat. Because mats are cool and her’s was comfy and she was a really nice lady. I liked her massages though I didn’t want to really let her know too much because I’m juts that way.

This picture is of me sleeping in the hotel room. The hotel room was nice and cool and comfy. We went to St. George Utah and Chase got another flyball title, called his Top Flight Executive. The Mum says I can do flyball one day when I learn not to run around and play with the other dogs and don’t have the zoomies so much… but what fun is that?
