Tatum Tot Spice

Here is a little video of me walking with the Mum. When we walk, she says Trot and then when I walk close to her, I think, she clicks and I get a treat. I’m not sure exactly what she’s doing yet but i hope to figure it out soon. There was my mat on the floor by the camera and I like running to my mat, because I get lots of clicks and treats there! And then on the jumps too, they are fun.

The Mum says maybe I could get my Beginner Novice title but I need to learn how to Trot first. I think I’m catching on. Maybe if I get a grip, or maybe a grip strut, then I’ll have a firmer grasp and be able to figure it out and have a BN after my name too!

The Mum says even though I have my Rally Novice title now with AKC that she still wants to teach me lots of fun stuff. So I think that’s great! Here is my second Rally Novice leg up in Idaho Falls last weekend. I had so much fun! The Mum was a dork and didn’t change the batteries in the camera for the last leg and it was my best one yet! She says she’s going to teach me that heeling thing that I haven’t quite figured out yet so we can do off leash stuff too.

Maybe if I get real good I can earn money at this and then the Dad won’t have to do construction employment anymore. But the Mum says there’s no money to be made, only money to be spent. So that’s a bummer! Money lets us do fun stuff and eat yummy treats and things. Though when the Mum shows me what money is, I think it’s dumb because it just smells weird.

Me and Ribbons

So remember how I said I was going to go to Idaho Falls and win lots of ribbons and Qs? Well, I did it! The Mum was so happy with me. I can post some of the videos of me up too they are really good. I won lots of ribbons see!

I qualified all three days I was entered in that Rally Trial. There were no other collies there.  No rough collies and no smooth collies. I was the only collie doing AKC rally last weekend.  And on the first day I got a 91 out of 100. The second day I got an 89 out of 100, and the last day I got a 95 out of 100!  I did so well!  I was kinda nervous some of the time but by the last day I was relaxing and even watched the Mum a little bit.  Though she didn’t give me any treats in the ring but that’s okay, I got lots outside of the ring.

So this is me with all my ribbons. The Mum said she’s very proud of me and she wants to get more ribbons for me too in the future.  I can do it! I am learning lots and having a really fun time doing the Rally!

Me and Mum

Here you can see me with the Ribbon that I won. Mum likes ribbons, but I don’t care much for ribbons. I just like the cookies that I get after I get the Q. And you can see the froggie toy I won for Jet, too. The Mum is really proud of the ribbon and of me and keeps talking about how good I did.

She said I get to go to a place called Idaho Falls later this month to do more Rally-Obedience. This will be an AKC Rally and it should be just similar and the Mum thinks that maybe I can get a title. Then I’d be Tatum Tot Spice CGC RN. RN stands for Rally Novice. The trial is three days long and if we get Qs all three days then I’d have that RN title too. The Mum is excited! I’m just nervous and I hope for lots of cookies! And maybe no dereon because I don’t think I can eat those. I like to eat yummy things, like Tuna Brownies!

So the Mum was way happy last weekend when I got that first letter Q that she says is a really neat thing. I was still kinda nervous but here is the video of me doing the Rally-O and you can see how good I did. The Mum says I still have to walk with her better but when I’m nervous I just kinda don’t want to as much.

So this is my first Qualifying I’ve ever done in anything and the Mum is really happy. I even won a toy. But I don’t really like toys so much so I gave it to Jet. It’s a froggie toy and it makes a weird sound! Jet really likes it and wants to tear the insides out. The froggie needs cheap home insurance so that he might live longer but Mum says he doesn’t have much of a lifespan to expect!

So the Mum tells me that tomorrow is the big day. And that she has entered me in the first ASCA Rally trial here in Utah. So I’m kinda nervous because I don’t know what Rally-O really is. And this collie girl hasn’t done it before. But I’m willing to give it a good try! The Mum says all I have to do is walk nice on her left side and stop with her, and turn with her, and make sure I follow her around. So that’s what I’m gonna do.

The Mum hopes to get some videos of me doing it so maybe I’ll post them up tomorrow when I’m done. I did go and do agility today and that was really super fun! I get to do it tomorrow and Sunday too. The Mum says it’s the first thing I’ve ever been in where I can earn a real Q. I just hope I can earn a tuna brownie because those are better for sure!

So the Mum is worried about what to wear. She says she can’t wear just a t-shirt and jean shorts because she is supposed to look nice. And she even gave me and Levi a bath today, and dremmeled our toenails, yuck! Levi is going too. The Mum says he gets jealous because he hasn’t been in a ring in like a year so it’ll make him happy to go back in and do some novice Rally-O. He has done it before though in AKC so he’s not nervous at all. He has a title called an RE in his Rally-O so he’s an expert!

Wish me lucks! I hope I don’t need any opiate detox when I’m done, because I’m so nervous that I have to have some dugs!

Love Sleeping

This is a picture of me tired. I am cute, even tired! Today after the Mum got home from work she took me, Chase and Jet to the park. And we did some obedience stuff. It’s okay, the Mum ran out of Tuna Brownies and so she stopped at the store and she got some yummy ham and turkey and those were good too. But I haven’t been getting out as much as I used to and so outside is a bit scarier than it was for a while. So the Mum says she’s going to take me out more and that’s good because it can be really fun!

So we did some heeling and some staying and some coming and stuff. It was okay, and the treats were yummy. They didn’t fit into jumbo envelopes though because they were kinda slimy. But I like slimy treats even though the Mum doesn’t like them much.

So now I’m gonna take a big long nap and rest!

So the Mum is trying to teach me to do something with this thing with ends on it, and put it in my mouth or something, and it’s weird. And I guess I’ll do it but she’s gotta give me something really super good for it!

She calls it a dumbbell and says it’s for obedience. And maybe I’ll never get that far in obedience but we have fun with it anyways. And you might want to turn your sound waaaaay down because my big sister Lucy is barking like a mad woman in the background and she drives us all batty. She just wants to eat all my Tuna Brownies! But she doesn’t get any!

So the Mum still doesn’t have any pictures but she does have this video for me to share!

Okay so I’ve been trying to post to my blog all day and I haven’t been able to and I don’t know why! The Mum had to come and press some buttons and fix it up and now it’s working again. Hrmph.

So well anyway I’ve been bored lately and the Mum still can’t post up any fun pictures of me because her computer is still broken. I wish she would fix it. We haven’t gone to the park or anything… OH but wait we did go to obedience lessons last Wednesday! That was really fun because the Mum brought Tuna Brownies and I’ll do anything for Tuna Brownies! She’s putting this stick in front of my eyes with a Tuna Brownie on it and then I have to to walk next to her and follow the treat. Mmmm it’s hard I want to just eat the treat! She says it’s called ‘Heeling’ but I’m not sure what to do exactly yet so I just follow the treat around and eat it when she says to Get It.

So maybe we don’t go do stuff for a while because she needs some insurance quotes or some weird human thing like that. I just dunno but I want to go to the park. Maybe we can go next weekend.

So the Mum said that I had to take this test last weekend and that it would mean that I was a Canine Good Citizen. I already know that I’m a good citizen but I guess they wanted this test so that they could prove it to the world and get this funny peice of paper to hang on the wall. So now I can be called Tatum Tot Spice CGC. That is kinda neat those letters after my name!

This is me doing some of it. I was kinda nervous up on the top of the arena place, I like it downstairs better, so we did some downstairs too and the Mum didn’t get video of us downstairs.

I’m smart though and I passed really well! We didn’t send out any communion invitations to my test but that’s okay because I was a bit nervous anyway and didn’t want anyone else to watch!
